No time to waste indeed. I am sensing that what is unfolding CANNOT be stopped, what we CAN do is step aside on an individual basis, find others who have done / are doing the same and forge new communities embedded in new/old ways of relating.
I totally agree with Valerie’s post above. We are witness to such change in our lives. For now, we have the ability to control our actions, not to comply. Individual action is incredibly important. Gathering knowledge while we still can to prepare and make our bodies and minds as healthy and resilient as possible will be key. Importance of community cannot be underscored enough.
